Michael Freidman

Michael, an applied psychologist, has been actively involved in the Reform Movement during every stage of his life. Through coaching, he is an objective resource to support rabbis’ efforts for increased self-awareness, goal setting & attainment, and work-life balance. His approach to consultation and coaching is built on his commitment to enhancing collaborative relationships between congregations’ and organizations’ professional and volunteer leadership. He has recently co-authored “Clergy Retirement: Endings & New Beginnings for Clergy, Their Families, and Congregants”.
